Felice Kahr had come back from a horrific experience five years earlier and was doing well-mentally and physically. She and Ronnie had just begun their embarkation on their IVF journey and they, along with the Westside Congregation, had taken on the responsibility of finding homes for black girls from traumatic backgrounds through their By Faith Adoption Home. Even thought the girls were not being adopted as quickly as they wanted, the girls felt the love from the members at Westside.
